We have made two significant changes, these being:

As a result of the increased focus on Executive Remuneration emanating from the publication of the King 3 report, we have had to change our approach to benchmarking remuneration for executives. In addition to this, a number of companies have requested specific comparator groups for their executive benchmarking as this will form the basis for describing executive remuneration in Financial Reports.

We are delighted to introduce new functionality in RewardOnline as part of the 21st Century offering. For Executive Benchmarks you can select the position required and then select an appropriate comparator group from a list of companies similar in “complexity” to your own. This will then be calculated as a specific benchmark for your company and the results sent to you within one working day. The cost per report will be R1000 plus VAT.
